Hi Everyone,
Emily passed away peacefully at home this morning. I was with Emily holding her hand when she took her final wee breaths. Gary and Aunty Chris were there too. The last thing she said to me was at 3am this morning while I was helping her with something…she said, “Sorry I woke you Mum” … Then when I helped her back to bed she said, “I love you.”
The blog will be updated this afternoon with the date for the celebration of Emily’s life.

I loved it when me and Emily went shopping together. I also remember going clip and climbing and I swimming together. I really hope I can make it to the memorial service. You were a really great friend and I’m going to miss you. Love Abby xx

Dear Kath, Woody & family,
We are thinking of you all the time and wishing we weren’t so far away. Emily had an amazing life right up until the end – thanks to the decisions you guys made and the loving family and friends she had around her at all times.
