Emily's journey started on Friday 8 January, 2010 where it was discovered that after some time of being unwell, her body has actually been fighting cancer. This site is dedicated to those who want to encourage her through this journey.

Emily’s chemo started at midnight last night.  She has to take sixteen chemo tablets every 6 hours for the next few days.  Emily is in complete isolation and is not very happy about staying in her room.

You are all in our thoughts at this time.
With the weather being horrible at the moment it will feel nice and cosy warm in the ward. Good excuse to be in bed.
We know you are a great wee fighter Em so we are sending heaps of hugs and good thoughts to keep you safe and well.

Wendy and Lloyd
PS Sara sends her hugs also and hope you enjoy the games.

Hey Em
You are such a brave girl, the weather is nasty out there hun and loads of bugs flying around, your in the best place right now.
I hope it all goes smoothly for you. Won’t be long and you will be able to play with your brother, sister and friends soon.
Hope everyone is staying warm and all those bugs are keeping at bay from you all.
